Giving priority to advancement on technology, Littleduck developed the first drum-type washing machine, dryness drum-type washing machine, computerized drum-type washing machine, intelligent drum-type washing machine, color-screen washing machine and wide screen washing machine. Through years’ R&D, Littleduck developed patented Lifelon washing machine that tackled a world-class difficulty of sediment and bacterial parasitism in the interval between interior & exterior cylinder which impacted the market and won many customers. Newly-developed Littleduck super ecologic ultrasonic washing machine can clean cloths physically without washing powder, which is a revolution in cloths washing indicated by experts. 　

Littleduck pursue wholehearted services: “sound service project” carried out in 1995 first in this field, “I’m sorry to put you in a jam” while entering customer’s house wearing a standard working suit, self-prepared shoes covers with a working mat and dishcloth, don't take a cup of water and smoke a cigarette of customers’ as well as the customer feedbacked a supervision card. These service regulations enjoyed high reputations, so our sound service project was honored National Grade One Award on Enterprise management modernization innovation achievement.
